Keith Laverne “Keither” “Roundy” Johnson, 74, of Exeter, Mo. passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023, in Cassville.

He was born June 15, 1949, in Shawnee Mission, Kan. the son of Johnny “Nelson” and Jean (Aldstedt) Johnson, who preceded him in death. 

Also preceding him in death was one brother, Lorie Johnson.

Survivors include his life partner, Sherry Johnson of Exeter, Mo.; two daughters, Wendy Johnson Hoelting and her husband Glen of Shawnee Mission, Kan. and Kimberly Johnson Nachbar and her husband Paul of Shawnee Mission, Kan. and several grandchildren.

He grew up in Shawnee Mission, Kan. and graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School in Overland Park, Kan. He worked as a contractor building houses and as a sales representative for Luck E Strike Manufacturing in Cassville. 

He was an original member of the #45 dirt late model race car team from Shell Knob, Mo.

Remembrance services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
