Nancy G. Cox, 81, of Rocky Comfort, Mo. passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Mercy Hospital Springfield in Springfield, Mo.

She was born April 25, 1942, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Arnold P. and Florence Marie (Northern) Asher, who preceded her in death.

Also preceding her in death was one son, Danny; one grandson, Kyle and one sister, Judy Kay.

Survivors include her husband, James “Jim” Cox,; two daughters, Deborah McHugh of Linwood, Kan. and Dodi David of Wichita, Kan.; two brothers, Garry Asher and his wife Nancy of Lawrence, Kan. and Wesley Warren and his wife Carol of Pa.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was employed by Kansas Color Press as a press operator.

Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton, Missouri.
