Robert Eugene Catron, 92, was born on May 26, 1931 in Washburn, Mo. and died on June 12, 2023 in Conroe, Texas.

He was the son of Ora and Maye Catron who preceded him in death.

Also preceding him in death was his sister, Georgie and brother, Gene.

Survivors include his wife, Oleta; daughter, Paula; son, Bob; daughter-in-law, Katie; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; brothers, Raymond and Oren and sisters, Shirley and Caroline.

He graduated from Washburn High School in 1949 and enlisted in the United States Air Force in January of 1952, from where he retired from in 1976. He then continued his association with the Air Force by working in a civilian position for almost another decade at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

No services are scheduled at this time. Burial will be at a later date at Maplewood Cemetery, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
