Don Stouder, of Cassville, received the Silver Beaver Award from the Ozarks Trails Council of Scouting America at the annual Council Recognition Banquet held on March 14 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Springfield. The Silver Beaver Award is the highest service award for adult leaders from the Boy Scouts at the local Council level.
