Sylvia Lynn Kondorf, 74, passed away, June 8, 2025, in her family home in Eagle Rock, Mo.

She was born on January 25, 1951, in Chicago, Ill. to Mary and Virgil Balding, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband Michael Kondorf; three children Stacey Robertson of Joplin, Mo., Gwendylan Quinn of St. Louis, Mo., and John Zajac of Cassville, Mo.; three step children Mike Kondorf Jr., Sandie Gill and Lorie Stewart, all of Ga.; 19 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, and her brother, Don Balding, of Oklahoma City, Okla.

She spent her childhood in Bridgeview Ill., and in 1985, she followed her parents to Table Rock Lake in Mo.

Sylvia and Mike enjoyed over 18 years of marriage together.

In 1992, Sylvia graduated from Crowder College with a nursing degree and would spend nearly 30 years working as an RN in the Southwest Mo./Northwest Ark. area.

A memorial service were held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Mineral Springs Baptist Church in Cassville, Mo. Pastor Milford Baker conducted the service.

Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
