Brenda Sue Requa, 68, of Cassville, Mo. passed away October 24, 2026, at her home.

She was born in Williamsburg, Ky., on September 1, 1958, the daughter of Johnny Huddleston and Mary (Wilson) Worley.

Preceding her in death was her parents, Johnny Huddleston, Mary Worley and Arnold “Red” Worley, the father who raised her, and her brothers, Hubert, Tommy, David, and Dale.

Survivors include her husband Walter Requa; her son, Jimmy Requa of Cassville, Mo.; her sister, Stacy Worley of Buford, N.C., and one granddaughter.

She grew up in the Seligman, Mo. area and attended Southwest High School. Following her education, she built a career in the healthcare field, working as a business office manager at several nursing homes for 35 years. 

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
