Harry Allen Shuman, of Butterfield, Missouri, passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 72.

Harry was born on September 7, 1954, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, to Arden and Arlene Shuman.

Harry proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1974 to 1992. It was during his time in the Army that he met Greta, who was also serving in the military. The two married on March 17, 1984, and went on to share 42 years of marriage, building a life and family together.

Following his military service, Harry continued working hard to provide for his family and later retired from Tyson Foods.

Harry is survived by his wife, Greta Shuman; his children, Nathaniel Shuman, Patrick (Ashley) Shuman, Heidi (Scott) McClure, Jennifer, and Michelle; and his grandchildren, Paige, Gabriel, Jameson, and Madison, who lovingly knew him as Pop-pop.

He is also survived by his brothers, Robert (Jackie) Shuman, Doug (Cindy) Shuman, and Paul Shuman.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Arden and Arlene Shuman, and his sisters, Debbie Shuman and Barbara Shuman.

To his grandchildren, he will always be Pop-Pop. To his family, he leaves behind a lifetime of memories, stories, and moments that will continue to be carried with them for years to come.

Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory.
