Roxanne L. McIntire, 83, of Purdy, Mo. passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025, at her home.

She was born March 15, 1942, in Joliet, Ill., the daughter of Ray and Levitta (Heath) Lantz.

Survivors inlcude Her husband Teddy McIntire; sons, Jimmy McGee and wife Carla, Jeremy McIntire and wife Jacquelyn and Larry McIntire and wife Cassie; sisters, Leilani Stumbo and Sherri Staponski and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her daughter, Sandie and brother, Stanley.

She grew up and attended school in Joliet, Ill. She was employed as a police officer in Joliet for several years from where she retired.

Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
