The Monett Area Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Jasmine Burks as Executive Director, effective May 14. 

The appointment was approved by the Chamber’s Board of Directors during its monthly business meeting, held in closed session.

Burks has been instrumental in expanding Chamber membership and increasing the profitability of community events. Her results-driven approach and commitment to local business development have contributed to the Chamber’s recent growth and momentum.

In her new role, Burks will oversee daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and continue fostering relationships that support the economic vitality of the Monett area.
