80-year-old Cassville resident seriously injured

A Cassville man was injured on Sunday after being struck by an ATV at about 6:50 p.m. on private property on Farm Road 1085, one mile north of Cassville.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Glenda Hasler, 74, of Cassville, was backing a 2023 Kawasaki Mule northbound when the vehicle lost control and struck Walter Hasler, 80, of Cassville, and a retaining wall.

Walter Hasler suffered serious injuries and was transported by Mercy Lifeline to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

Glenda Hasler was not injured. The vehicle sustained minor damage.
