On Oct. 18, family and friends joined Kathy and Bob Schuman and Linda and Harold Schelin at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church to celebrate 60 years of marriage. The Schelins were married in Coffeyville, Kan., on Aug. 13, 1966, and the Schumans were married in San Diego, Calif., on Oct. 21, 1966. Harold served in the U.S. Army and Bob in the U.S. Navy. The Schelins have two married children and three grandchildren. The Schumans have four married children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. In a current congregation of eight regular worshippers, God has provided a church home for four members, since 1997.
