Monett Missouri Stake hosts Christmas Concert

The Monett Missouri Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints annual Christmas Concert was held at the Monett Stake Center on Dec. 14, 2025. More than 600 people were in attendance.

Amanda Hull, of Pierce City, directed the 50-member adult choir, the 35-member children’s choir, and the 13-member orchestra. The members came from the Cassville area, Granby area, Carthage area, Pierce City area, Monett area, Aurora area, Lamar area and Stockton area, and they held weekly practices in the Monett Stake Center since October.

Laura Collinwood, of Stockton, narrated in-between each musical rendition, typing all to the Savior, Jesus Christ. Not only did the congregation enjoy the music and narration, but they also enjoyed the beautiful decorations.
