Southwest NHS welcomes new members

Southwest High School recently inducted eight new members to its National Honor Society Chapter at a socially distanced ceremony in the gymnasium. They were, from left: Sam Jennings, Ali Shrum, Jackie Quintanilla, Anna Church, Signe Suchowski, Cammie Uthe, Alli Fosse and Shelbie Pendergraft. They joined existing members Andrew Bollinger, Tierney Ash, Harleigh Jester, Olivia Ayer, Austin Pippin, Macy Colf, Andy Cornell, Natalie Johnson, Christian Long, Ryan Lawrence, Khloe Holder, Bonnie Robbins, Brylee Wilson, Laney Moore and Amy Reeves. Junior Natalie Johnson takes the oath to become the new president of the Southwest Chapter of the National Honor Society, replacing outgoing president Karma Romine.
