Sheriff’s Office hosting property dispersal sale
The Barry County Sheriff’s Office will host a Sheriff’s Property Dispersal Sale on Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. at the old courthouse on the square in Cassville.
There will be approximately 100 guns, as well as lots of other miscellaneous items.
All sales are final. Barry County and/or the auction services are not responsible for accidents, injury, or death caused by any firearms.

Anyone who purchases a firearm and fails the background check will forfeit the money paid and lose the gun.
Items listed may be added or removed before sale time.
The only gun buyers exempt from the background check are law enforcement officers and federal firearms license (FFL) holders.
All law enforcement officers must provide proof of current law enforcement employment.
All FFL holders must provide a copy of FFL.
