City of Seligman to hire part-time office help

Support needed while staff complete projects

Due to several projects in various stages of development, resulting in an increased workload, the City of Seligman plans to hire a part-time front office employee to handle daily tasks.

According to Brian Nichols, city clerk, ongoing projects requiring more of his time have necessitated the need for temporary office help. The exact length of time the position will be needed has not yet been decided.

"Since we have a lot of projects going on requiring a lot of out-of-office time, we are going to need some help," Nichols said.

The city has not yet decided on a start date, or if it will hire through a temporary agency or directly.

Once the city is ready to move forward, the position will be posted accordingly. Until then, the city requests that applicants hold off on sending applications.
