Bobby R. "Bob" Wills

Bobby R. "Bob" Wills, 83, of Washburn, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014, in Cassville Health and Rehabilitation Center, where he had been for six days.

He was born Jan. 4, 1931, in Eldorado, Okla., the son of Luther W. and Eva (Freeman) Wills, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were one brother, Lewis Wills and one sister, Imogene Wilkison.

Survivors include: his caregiver and companion, Sybil Wills; two sons, Steve Wills and Richard Kyle Wills, both of Mesquite, Texas; three daughters, Debra Sue Walden, Georgia Renee Terry and Karen Gail Anderson, all of Amarillo, Texas; and numerous grandchildren.

He received his education in Texas, graduating from high school in Olton, Texas. As a young man, he was a farmer. Later, he was a salesman for Nesbitt Ford (now Les Jacob Ford) in Cassville, and retired from Spradling Motors in Monett.

Graveside services were held Friday at Washburn Prairie Cemetery, Washburn, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Glenn Erwin conducted the services.
