Willa "Jean" Dunehew, 78, of Cape Fair, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, in her home.

She was born Aug. 7, 1933, in Dowdy, Ark., the daughter of Ethel (Inmon) McDoniel. On May 7, 1954, in Batesville, Ark., she was united in marriage to Robert Nash "Bob" Dunehew, who survives.

Additional survivors include: one son, Rodney "Rod" Dunehew and his wife, Alanna, of Morton, Ill.; one daughter, Peggy Yung and her husband, Ray, of Edelstein, Ill.; and four great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one son, Rickey Dunehew.

She grew up and received her education in Arkansas, graduating from Cord-Charlotte High School in Charlotte, Ark. Sixteen years ago, she and Bob moved from Washington, Ill., to Cape Fair to make their home.

Services were held Tuesday in Philadelphia Baptist Church, Cord, Ark. Burial was at Philadelphia Cemetery, Cord, Ark.
