Jodee Suzanne Snow, a resident of Green Forest, Ark., was born Nov. 27, 1980, in Harrison, Ark., to J.R. and Fairye (Smith) Snow. She departed this life Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, in her home at the age of 29 years.

JoDee was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother and loved singing and riding horses.

Survivors include: her parents; two children, Bryceton Alek Ballard and Ashtyn Jolee Ballard, both of Berryville, Ark.; two sisters, Liz and Martin Sims, of Marble, Ark., and Jae Lea and Chris Shaver of Green Forest, Ark.; grandparents, Joy Smith Molder and Sam Molder, of Green Forest, Ark., Essie Snow, of Alpena, Ark.; one niece and three nephews, Layton and Jarrett Siebert and Dillon and Sophie Greer; and a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Roy Pence Smith and Rayburn Snow.

Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, and from 8:30 a.m. until service time on Friday, Dec. 11, at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11 at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with Dr. Eric Spann officiating. Interment followed in the Alpena Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc.
