Pauline Winning, 90, of Marshall, died Saturday, September 27, 2008, at The Living Center in Marshall.

Funeral services were held at Tuesday at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial was at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.

She was born Sept. 1, 1918, in Washburn the daughter of the late James Edward Fielding and Lurena Belle Ellis Fielding. On June 28, 1947, in Sedalia, she married Donald E. Winning who preceded her in death on Dec. 22, 1982. She had lived in Marshall since 1939, moving from Washburn. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include: one daughter, Mary Cassell and husband, Gene of Marshall Junction; two sons, William E. Winning and Barry E. Winning, both of Marshall; one daughter-in-law, Terri Winning, of Springfield; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Alfie Fielding, Harvey Fielding, Merle Fielding, Paul Fielding and Arthur Fielding, and three sisters, Mary Shockley, Bonnie Clark and Jean Chadd.
