In honor of Hayes Dirtworks' new location at the Boardwalk, the Shell Knob Chamber of Commerce held a red ribbon cutting. Established in 2003, Hayes Dirtworks, LLC offers bulldozing, dump truck, Bobcat and other heavy equipment services along with fill dirt, gravel, lot clearing and septic systems. Shown holding the ribbon are owners Todd and Diana Hayes and Betty Hayes with the gold scissors. Also shown in the photo are Hayes Dirtworks employees Kelli Rickard, Jim Burris, Matt Casas and Henry Casas and the Hayeses' daughter, Grace. Chamber representatives on hand to celebrate were: Don Lawrence, associate chamber member; Judy Reynolds, Turkey Mountain Airport; Gary Schad of Bibb's Small Engine; and Sheila House, Chamber executive director.
