Goldena Cook, 86, of Cassville, died at Monday, Nov.13, 2006, at Cox Hospital in Monett.

she was born Feb. 1, 1920, in Tulsa, Okla., the daughter of A.J. Sutton and Clara Heuer Sutton. She has been a resident of Cassville since 1944. She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Cassville, where she taught Sunday School for several years.

Survivors include one son, Jim (Mike) Cook and his wife, Geneva, of Cassville; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Max Sutton, who passed away in 1979.

Friends may call the funeral home today Wednesday, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Graveside services will be held at 11: a.m. Thursday, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cassville, Missouri, with Rev. John Duncan officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home in Cassville.
