Jack Edwin Lowe, 75, of Kearney, passed away on Nov. 5, 2005, at Liberty Hospital.

He was born Oct. 6, 1930, in Butterfield. Jack and wife Ella Mae were going to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 26, 2005. He retired from TWA as an airline mechanic in Nov. 1989, after 30 years, and has kept close ties with his co-workers. He served in the Air Force from December 1950 to February 1954. he was stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska and Denver, Colo.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Blanche N. Garner.

Survivors include: his wife, Ella Mae; son, Barry Lowe and his wife, Dana, of Lawson; daughter, Melinda Lowe and husband, David Fischer, of Santa Rosa, Calif.; and daughter, Brenda Gentry and husband, Kern; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held tuesday at the Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, Liberty. Burial will be at Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty.
