W. Sue Periman Harris

W. Sue Periman Harris, 68, of Neosho, passed away Friday, Jan. 7, 2022, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin.

She was born Nov. 8, 1953, in Cassville, the daughter of Edward and Hazel (Daniel) Periman. On Aug. 29, 2003, in Exeter, she was united in marriage to Eric D. Harris, who survives.

Additional survivors include: one son, Joshua Ayres and his wife Elisha of Washburn; one daughter, Kandice Riffe and her husband Chris of Cassville; two brothers, L. B. Periman and his wife Joyce of Avoca, Ark., and Robert Periman of Kansas City, Kan.; three sisters, Linda Hicks and her husband Stanley of Eagle Rock, Rita Bridgewater and her husband Chuck of Langley, Okla., and Becky Eagan and her husband Kevin of Exeter; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one son, John Edward Ayres; one brother, Olen Periman; and one sister, Rhonda Muir.

She grew up and attended school in Cassville.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at Mineral Springs Cemetery in Cassville under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Milford Baker will conduct the services.
