Pets of the Week

Meet Boomerang, the Haven of the Ozarks Pet of the Week. This gorgeous boy came to the Haven when his family had to move to a place where he wasn’t allowed to live. Upon being admitted, he was a sad and scared boy. However, over time he has become confident, outgoing, and loves everyone he meets. He’s a big, strong boy at over 70 pounds and is estimated to be about a year and a half old. Boomerang has lived with older kids and other dogs, can jump an average fence, and has never lived indoors so he will need to learn about housetraining. He could also use some work on his leash manners, but he’s a good boy with lots of potential. He would be a great addition to an active home where he can participate in lots of fun and adventures. For more information, call 417-835-3647 or meet him at the Haven, open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day of the week. Contributed photo
