Vehicle overturns after attempting pass on Hwy. 37

An Arkansas woman was injured on Friday in a wreck at 1:30 p.m. on Highway 37, two miles south of Washburn.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Gloria Bumpas, 68, of Garfield, Ark., was driving a 1993 Jeep Wrangler southbound and as a 1993 International Eagle semi, being driven by Kevin Walles, 36, of Aurora, was attempting a right turn, Bumpas attempted to pass on the right, causing her vehicle to travel off the roadway and overturn.
