SKITS spring play ‘Farce of Nature’ set for April
The SKITS board of directors has announced rehearsals for the spring play “Farce of Nature” will resume on March 1 with a three-night presentation scheduled for April 23-25. The play was originally set to run in 2020, but due to coronavirus and ensuing complications, the play was postponed. However, all original cast members are available and are excited to resume rehearsals. The SKITS directors have indicated that social distancing will be observed during the performances and precautions will be taken to ensure that proper sanitation guidelines will be followed to protect the audience during the performances. At this point, it is anticipated that attendance for each show will be approximately half of normal capacity due to the implementation of social distancing. The SKITS theater group is looking forward to performing “Farce of Nature” for all attending patrons. “This will be an absolutely hysterical play,” a SKITS press release said. “So, whether you are a regular theater-goer, occasional, or new to the Shell Knob and Table Rock area, mark your calendar for this comical community theater production.”
