Jackie Lynn Harris
Jackie Lynn Harris, 66, of Monett, Mo., passed away on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020, in his home.
He was born on Feb. 7, 1954, in Exeter, son of the late Ray and Mildred Lucille (Beeson) Harris. Jackie graduated from Monett High School with the class of 1972. For over 38 years, he worked for Tyson Foods, retiring as Shift Manager this year. He and his wife also owned and operated Find it Again Antiques and Flea Market in Monett for several years until his health declined.
He was a member of the East Side Church of Christ in Monett. He was also on the Board of the Monett Rural Fire Department. On Feb. 24, 1973, in Monett, he was united in marriage to Janice Marie Haney, who survives.
Also surviving are: his son, Rusty Harris, of Purdy; his daughter, Stacey Harris, of Monett; six grandchildren; two great-grandsons; one brother, Ricky Harris (Marsha); one sister, Linda Ramsey (Larry); He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Bobby and J.R. Harris.
Funeral services were held on Monday, Jan. 4, at Buchanan Funeral Home in Monett with Don Deffenbaugh, Minister, officiating. Interment followed at the Ennis Cemetery, Cassville.
