Pet of the Week

Meet Dodger, the Haven of the Ozarks Pet of the Week. Dodger is house-trained, crate-trained and is very laid back while inside, so he would make a great buddy for watching TV or reading. He does fantastic on car rides and has very nice leash manners. Dodger does okay with cats and is friendly with some dogs. Since he has been particular about dog friends, a meet-and-greet is suggested before going home. A female who will put Dodger in his place has the best chance of being a good match when it comes to canine siblings. Dodger would love being an older fur child so he can have all the attention. No tiny tots for Dodger, but one of his best human friends has been a 13-year-old girl, so a home with older kids would be great. He loves to show off the tricks he knows for a tasty snack. Dodger would love to be in a real home in time for Christmas. He is microchipped, neutered and up to date on all shots. His estimated date of birth is March 27, 2013. People can meet him at the Haven from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. any day of the week. Contributed photo
