THC flower comes to Cassville Dispensary
Medical marijuana facility 4th in state to offer products
Cassville Dispensary announced the commencement of THC flower sales to the public on Friday.
The Dispensary is the fourth in the state to open with medical marijuana products, and the first south of I-44.
As part of a grand opening special, 1/8th ounce of THC flower cost $44.20, which was offered through end of business on Saturday. Full pricing announcement was released on Monday.
To help serve as many patients in need as possible, the dispensary will limit all patients to one ounce daily purchase until supply restrictions ease as more cultivators throughout the state come online.
To purchase from the dispensary, a customer must have a valid ID (ie: driver's license) and be at least 18 years old, must have a Missouri Medical Marijuana Card (digital copy on a phone is not accepted) and must pay with cash or debit card with PIN (no credit cards).
This first batch of medical cannabis flower comes via a partnership with C4 Farms.
"We are excited to announce our partnership with C4," said Charlea Estes-Jones, General Manager of Cassville Dispensary. “We were excited to see the testing results for their first harvest and can’t wait to offer high-quality, reasonably priced cannabis medicine to our patients.
“We know the wait for medical marijuana sales has been long and complicated, but we are so excited to take these major next steps to fulfilling our mission.”
Per state guidelines, each patient will meet with one of the Dispensary’s highly trained Patient Care Associates (PCAs) to help them make the best decisions for their care possible.
“Our PCAs have been working diligently to learn as much as possible about our products so you can use medical cannabis,” Estes-Jones said.
Right now, only marijuana flower is available in Missouri. Manufacturers of edibles and concentrates hope to reveal their products in November or December. Cassville Dispensary will announce new products as they become available.
Cassville Dispensary is located at 15335 Hwy. 76 in Cassville. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. In addition to medical marijuana, Cassville Dispensary also sells all the accessories needed to utilize medical marijuana, including dry herb vaporizers, rolling trays, and CBD hemp products.
