Leo Lupini, 88, of Eagle Rock, passed away Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, at Roaring River Health and Rehabilitation in Cassville.
He was born Sept. 26, 1932, in Detroit, Mich., the son of Erminio and Elisa (Delbianco) Lupini. On Aug. 1, 1959, in Detroit he was united in marriage to Shirley Rodgers, who survives.
Additional survivors include: two daughters, Lisa Roberson and her husband Kevin of Clarksville, Tenn., and Sheri Reynolds of Kansas City, Kansas; two brothers, Robert “Bob” Lupini and his wife Barbara of Neosho, and Albert Lupini and his wife Cindy of Highland, Mich.; one sister, Elsie Palmer and her husband Ray of South Lyon, Mich.; and five grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents; one brother, Dino Lupini; and a granddaughter.
He grew up and received his education in Detroit, Mich. During the Korean War he served in the U.S. Army. Most of his life was spent as a self-employed contractor, building homes and specialized in ceramic tile. For several years, he resided in Neosho, and moved to Eagle Rock in 1996. He was a member of All Faith United Methodist Church in Eagle Rock. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Kevin Roberson will conduct the services.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 until service time Saturday at Fohn Funeral Home.
