Cassville girls remain perfect on the season

The Cassville girls cross-country team has been setting area courses on fire.

Five times this season, the Lady Wildcats have competed as a team, and five times, they have collected first-place honors. The latest came at Lamar.

Varsity girls results from Lamar: Jordyn Stafford, fourth; Annie Moore, seventh; Jolie Evans, eighth; Marianne McCrackin, 16th; Maddie Bowyer, 29th; and Ella Reuter, 43rd.

Varsity boys results from Lamar: Pace Evans, 13th; Jacob Martinez, 43rd; Caleb Leach, 45th; Ethan Bohmke, 81st; and Charles Elliott, 89th. The team finished eighth overall.

Middle school girls results from Lamar: Kyler Hayward, seventh; Tyra Sturgell, eighth; Elly Raemaker, 13th; Evelyn Elliott, 39th; Elizabeth Butler, 41st; and Rebecca Oliphant, 59th.

The team finished third overall.

Middle school boys results from Lamar: Evan Butler, 10th; Tyson Bohmke, 14th; Jacob Hudson, 35th; Maddox Cooper, 49th; Simon Gates, 59th; and Logan Wingo, 94th. The team finished third overall.
