Paul Alvin Henson
Paul Alvin Henson, 85, of Cassville, passed away Monday, Sept. 14, 2020, at his home.
He was born Feb. 3, 1935, in Shell Knob, the son of Alvin A. and Francis (Starkey) Henson. On Dec. 5, 1958, he was united in marriage to Alta Owens, who survives.
Additional survivors include: three children, Billy Jack Henson, Lesa Gail Fancher and her husband Jimmy and Travis Henson all of Cassville; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; seven siblings, Treva Vineyard of Tennessee, Dewey Henson and his wife Sue of Springdale, Ark., Darrell Henson and his wife Melba, Dale Henson and his wife Jean, Harold Henson, Marrion (Foxxie) Henson and Connie Henson all of Cassville.
Preceding him in death were his parents; 13 brothers and sisters; and one grandson, Toby Fancher.
He received his education at Gaddis School. For several years, he was a heavy equipment operator and was also a carpenter. He then worked for FASCO from which he retired. Paul was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Graveside services were held Thursday at Fields Cemetery in Shell Knob, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother David Donaldson conducted the services.
