John Hilsden Moseley was recently named to the University of Arkansas Fall Chancellor and Dean’s list.
Moseley is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science. After completing his degree, he hopes to be accepted into a Veterinarian program or graduate school.
Moseley is a native of Barry County, graduating from Wheaton High School in 2017. His parents are Jay and Natalie Moseley, and his grandparents are John and Billie Jean Higgs.
In a letter delivered to Moseley, Chancellor Joseph Steinmetz, PhD, offered congratulations for attaining the 4.0 GPA for the Fall semester.
“Perfection is quite an accomplishment,” Steinmetz said. “There is no more important measure of a university than the quality of its students, and there is no more tangible measure of the quality of our students than the grades they receive. Your success contributes significantly to our goal of increasing the national recognition of and respect for the University of Arkansas.
“On behalf of the University of Arkansas, I want to applaud your achievement. Let me encourage you to continue giving a high priority to your academic performance. It will pay significant dividends in the future. Please accept my personal best wishes for your continued success.”
