New trivia champions crowned

Legal team takes overall trophy

The Malcontents, a team sponsored by law firm Ellis, Cupps and Cole, dominated the field Friday by winning the overall competition as well as the “Smarty Pants” award at the annual Trivia Night.

The fun-filled event at Cassville High School event raised $1,870 for the Cassville Education Fund.

Eleven teams competed in the charitable event with groups of co-workers, friends, classmates, family members and church members participating.

trivia questions covering a wide range of subjects from history and sports to geography and science.

Bonus-point games were played between rounds. More than 115 people attended the event.

Proceeds from Trivia Night benefit the Cassville Education Fund, a permanent endowment fund for the educational needs of Cassville schools.
