Vehicle goes into ravine on Farm Road 2150

A Cassville teenager was injured and arrested following a wreck at 9 p.m. Thursday on Farm Road 2150, two miles north of Cassville.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Robert Preddy, 17, of Cassville, was driving a 1991 Chevrolet Tracker westbound when his vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway and into a large ravine.

Preddy suffered minor injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Cassville.

He was wearing a safety device, and damage to the vehicle is listed on the report as none.

At 9:40 p.m., Preddy was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was released.
