Liliana Outhouse, a 2019 graduate of Southwest High School in Washburn, has been selected to receive the Little Joe Trust Scholarship, administered by the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.

Outhouse, the daughter of Alli and Joe Gebhardt, will attend Crowder College this fall where she plans to study secondary education.

“When I was told that I received this scholarship, I immediately told everyone,” Outhouse said. “I was so excited and hopeful for the future.”

The Little Joe Trust Scholarship Endowment Fund was established in memory of Joe Starchman to benefit youth in Barry County.
