Class: The Cassville Branch Library will host a Crochet with Kathy class at 10:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a 30-minute balance and flexibility class each Friday, starting at 9:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host Cribbage games from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Friday. Sharon Clute is the instructor.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a Thankgiving lunch from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Market: The Cassville Farmers’ Market will be open on the courthouse square from 7-11 a.m., with fresh produce; raw, local honey; baked goods; farm-fresh eggs; meats; fudge; jams and jellies; and crafts available. To become a vendor, people may call Albert Wolfe at 417-652-7308.

Dance: The Seligman Chamber of Commerce will host a dance at the Seligman Chamber Event Center at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 each and attendees are asked to bring a snack to share. No alcohol or smoking is allowed. For more information, people may call 417-662-3612.

Monday, Nov. 25

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a healthy lifestyle support group each Monday from 8:45-9:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host dominoes each Monday at 12:30 p.m.

Blood Drive: The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will host a blood drive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mercy Hospital, located at 94 Main St., in Cassville.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

Library: The Cassville Branch Library will host the November canvas painting project, a rooster-themed project called “King of the Coop.” A $5 materials fee is due by Nov. 23 for the noon or 6 p.m. sessions. The class is open to adults and high school-age teenagers.

Closings: The Barry County Courthouse, Barry County Judicial Center, Central Crossing Senior Center and all branches of the Barry-Lawrence Regional Library System will be closed for Thanksgiving.
