Library: The Cassville Branch Library will host a LEGO Club meeting at 3:30 p.m., a change of date from the original schedule.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a birthday lunch from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Last week’s date was incorrect.

Friday, Jan. 24

Class: The Cassville Branch Library will host a Crochet with Kathy class at 10:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a 30-minute balance and flexibility class each Friday, starting at 9:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host Cribbage games from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Friday. Sharon Clute is the instructor.

Saturday, Jan. 25

Market: The Cassville Farmers’ Market will be open on the courthouse square from 7-11 a.m., with fresh produce; raw, local honey; baked goods; farm-fresh eggs; meats; fudge; jams and jellies; and crafts available. To become a vendor, people may call Albert Wolfe at 417-652-7308.

Dance: The Seligman Chamber of Commerce will host a dance at the Seligman Chamber Event Center at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 each and attendees are asked to bring a snack to share. No alcohol or smoking is allowed. For more information, people may call 417-662-3612.

Monday, Jan. 27

Class: The Cassville Branch Library will host a Crochet with Kathy class at 6 p.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a healthy lifestyle support group each Monday from 8:45-9:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host dominoes each Monday at 12:30 p.m.

Library: The Eagle Rock Branch Library will host a special PJ Storytime at 10 a.m. Children may wear appropriate pajamas and call 417-271-3186 for more information.

Library: The Cassville Branch Library will host the quarterly meeting of the Cassville Area Friends of the Library at 6 p.m. in the main library area.

Tuesday, Jan. 28

Meeting: The Barry County Republican Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Farmer’s Daughter Restaurant in Cassville.

Library: The Cassville Branch Library will host canvas painting project sessions titled “First Snow” at 12:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Advanced registration is required, as well as a $5 materials fee. Adults and high school-age students are welcome.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host Wii Bowling at 12:30 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 30

Blood Drive: The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will host a blood drive at the Mill Street Church of Christ, located at 1104 Mill St. in Cassville, from 1-6 p.m.

Library: The Cassville Branch Library will host movie time with the showing of “Harriet,” rated PG-13, at 2 p.m. People may bring their own snacks.
