Friday, Oct. 11

Class: The Cassville Branch Library will host a Crochet with Kathy class at 10:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a 30-minute balance and flexibility class each Friday, starting at 9:30 a.m.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host Cribbage games from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Friday. Sharon Clute is the instructor.

Saturday, Oct. 12

Market: The Cassville Farmersí Market will be open on the courthouse square from 7-11 a.m., with fresh produce; raw, local honey; baked goods; farm-fresh eggs; meats; fudge; jams and jellies; and crafts available. To become a vendor, people may call Albert Wolfe at 417-652-7308.

Dance: The Seligman Chamber of Commerce will host a dance at the Seligman Chamber Event Center at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 each and attendees are asked to bring a snack to share. No alcohol or smoking is allowed. For more information, people may call 417-662-3612.

Reunion: The annual Holloway family reunion will be held on at the Log Church, east of Butterfield. The dinner will be served at noon. All family and friends are welcome.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a healthy lifestyle support group each Monday from 8:45-9:30 a.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 15

Meeting: The Southern Missouri Beekeepers of Monett will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Monett, located at 1600 N. Central Ave. Anyone interested in beekeeping is welcome, and for more information, people may call call Leon Riggs at 417-235-5053.

Meeting: The Capps Creek Special Road District will meet at 7 p.m. at Garry Bartkoskiís shop, located at 5086 Farm Road 2057 east of Pulaskifield.

Meeting: The Southwest Missouri Solid Waste Management District N will meet at 11:50 a.m. at the Angus Branch Steakhouse in Monett.

Center: The Central Crossing Senior Center will host a Mercy/Central Crossing Senior Center Health Fair from 7-10 a.m. There will be reduced prices for the following tests: labs, blood, PSA, thyroid, lung screening and EKG. There will be free flu shots and information about community resources. Free screenings will be for BMI, blood pressure and pulse-ox. People should fast 12 hours for blood tests.
