Troy Lee Berry, 57, of Exeter, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019, at his home.

He was born May 26, 1961, in Aurora, the son of Delmar and Betty (DeLong) Berry. On June 7, 2014, he was united in marriage to Donna Gilbert, who survives.

Additional survivors include: two daughters, Sabrina Hancock and her husband Brandon of Aurora, and Sevanna Berry of Exeter; four brothers, James Berry and his wife Rose of Cassville, Walter Berry and his wife Sherry of Exeter, Ray Berry of Galena, and Emmanuel Berry and his wife Dianna of Purdy; six sisters, Louise Moore and her husband Robert of Butterfield, Betty Cotton and her husband Johnny of Gateway, Ark., Ruby Orr and her husband David of Cassville, Wilma Hile and her husband John of Cassville, Naomi Truesdell and her husband Allen of Odessa, and Florine Cotton and her husband Jimmy of Cassville; and four grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents and two brothers, Delmar “Gene” Berry and Johnny Jacob Berry.

He grew up and received his education in Cassville where he graduated from high school in 1979. He was a life-long resident of Barry County. Throughout his life he had worked various jobs, including EFCO Corporation and Tysons. Most recently he was self-employed managing his rental property. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Exeter.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 12, at First Baptist Church in Exeter, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Jerry Yarnall and Evangelist John Hile conducted the services. Burial was at Clio Cemetery in Jenkins.
