Cassville class does project for Lexus Eco Challenge

Wednesday, December 12, 2018
At Cassville High School, Mrs. Stephanie Mebruer’s Chemistry 101 class has been working on the air and climate project for the Lexus Eco Challenge. As part of their project, they have been working to raise awareness on how individuals can reduce CO2 emissions. The students have created an information sheet and asked fellow students to consider a pledge to carpool one day per week and/or line dry one load of clothes per week. Reduced gas use and reduced electricity use both will reduce CO2 emissions. Participants include, from left: Cale Jackson, Jacob Hall, Justin James, Kamryn Jaques, Damaris Taylor, Clara Hermansen, Claire Hurst and Shannon Haney. Contributed photo
