Harley E. Minnier, Jr.
Harley E. Minnier, Jr., 57, of Wheaton, passed away Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018. He was born on Dec.12, 1960, to Dorothy and Harley E. Minnier, Sr., in Tacoma, Wash. He grew up in Anchorage, Ala.
He served for several years in the U.S. Army. He married his first wife, Christina Minnier, in 1993. He owned and operated the motorcycle shop in Wheaton for over 10 years. He was a member of the Pythagoras Lodge #383 in Cassville, and the Abou Ben Adhem Shrine in Springfield. Survivors include: his mother, Dorothy Minnier; his life partner, Teresa “Tweety” Loncarich, of Fairview; one sister, Diana Baughman, of Eagle Rock; one brother, Allan J. Minnier, of Newport News, Va.; three stepsons, George Raybin, of York, Penn., Mark Raybin, of York, Penn., and Allen Smith, of Fairview; five stepdaughters, Lori King, of Cassville, Holly Loncarich, of Huntsville, Ark., Cheyenne Loncarich, of Neosho, Winona Loncarich, of Joplin, and Dorothy Smith, of Fairview; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Harley E. Minnier, Sr.
Services were held Oct. 6, at Wheaton Southern Baptist Church in Wheaton, under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Pastor Paul Wahlert conducted the services. Burial was at Muncie Chapel Cemetery in Wheaton.
