Charge for delivery of a controlled substance pending

A Cassville woman was arrested Wednesday after two pounds of marijuana were found in her residence, according to Chad Allison, Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team (ODET) commander.

ODET, the Barry County Sheriff’s Office and Cassville Police Department served a search warrant at 305 Gravel St. in Cassville on Wednesday. ODET detectives arrested Rachel Poe, 37, of Cassville. after seizing approximately two pounds of suspected marijuana, miscellaneous pills and drug paraphernalia from the residence.

Charges are pending on Poe with the Barry County Prosecutor’s Office for delivery of a controlled substance.

The investigation is ongoing.
