Billy Jack “Bill” Wolf
Billy Jack “Bill” Wolf, 76, of Cassville, passed away Monday, July 23, 2018, at his home.
He was born April 9, 1942, in Barry County, the son of Floyd Edgar and Beulah (Linkous) Wolf. On Nov. 18, 1961, he was united in marriage to Levina Turner.
Survivors include: his wife of 57 years; two sons, Brent Wolf of Cassville, and Chris Wolf of Exeter; three daughters, Dayna Barber and her husband, Lance of Cassville, Jasmine Manning and her husband Tyler of Tulsa, Okla., and Jackie Brisco and her husband Roger of Cassville; one brother, Bob Wolf and his wife Sue of Pryor, Okla.; one sister, Margaret Hancock and her husband Lloyd of Baxter Springs, Kan., and 11 grandchildren.
He received his education at Cross Hollows and Exeter, graduating from Exeter High School in 1960. For 29 years, he worked as a school bus driver and bus mechanic from which he retired. He was also a farmer. For 25 years he was a foster parent taking in 68 children.
Funeral services were held Friday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Jerry Nickle conducted the services. Burial was at Gunter Cemetery in Butterfield.
