Concert coming to local church
Texans to perform Sunday in Cassville
Texans International Ministry (T.I.M.) will host a special concert for missions on Sunday 6 p.m. at the First Christian Church Faith Center, located at 905 Old Exeter Road and Highway 37 across from Walmart, in Cassville.
T.I.M. is a non-profit origination that produces, provides, and then distributes resources to missions both in the US and around the world. After spending more than 45 years in the Christian Family entertainment industry The Texans now use their programs to raise funds and make aware the growing need to help those around the world and at home.
The last several years they have provided nine water wells in places where water is contaminated or not available, built four churches in Mexico, built schools for children without schools, provided tractors to grow food, musical instruments for students, sound systems for schools and other churches and medical mission to help those who are sick and canít afford a doctor.
T.I.M.ís latest projects include building a cabin at a youth camp in Oklahoma, medical missions to Haiti, building a youth camp in the Philippines, and sending clothes to children that have nothing in Africa, Haiti, Philippines, and other countries.
