Adams graduates from College of the Ozarks 

Jordan Adams, of Cassville, graduated  from College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout during the college's 2018 commencement exercises on May 13. Adams received a bachelor of science in agriculture business. He is a Cassville High School graduate.

Barry County graduates make honor roll at OSU

Several Barry County graduates were named to Oklahoma State University's Spring 2018 Honor Roll lists. Full-time undergraduate students who completed 12 or more hours with a grade point average of 4.0 were placed on the President’s Honor Roll for earning an 'A' grade in all their courses; and students with a grade point average of 3.50 or higher with no grade below a 'C' were placed on the Dean’s Honor Roll. The students were:

• Billie R. Houe, Monett, President's Honor Roll

Holder graduates from College of the Ozarks

Torri Holder, of Cassville, graduated magna cum laude from College of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, during the 2018 commencement exercises on May 13. She received a bachelor of science in Agriculture Agronomy.

Barry County graduates make Missouri S&T honor list

Several Barry County students made the honor list at Missouri University of Science and Technology for the Spring 2018 semester. To be included on the list, students must have carried a minimum of 12 hours and had grade point averages of 3.2 or above out of a possible 4.0. The students were, by city:

Cassville: Dillon Nelson Hess, computer science, senior; David A. Newman, engineering, freshman

Exeter: Jeremiah J. Rittenhouse, aerospace engineering, junior; Joshua Eddy Rittenhouse, nuclear engineering, junior

Monett: Naman H. Desai, engineering, sophomore; Jack G. Gibfried, electrical engineering, sophomore; Jessica M. Newburry, biological sciences, junior; Andrew Hillman Rausch, mechanical engineering, junior; John P. Rausch, engineering, sophomore; Nathan Webb, civil engineering, senior.
