Motocycle wreck injures Seligman man

Bike goes off roadway in Roaring River State Park

A Seligman man was injured on Thursday in a wreck at 8:35 a.m. on Route F in Roaring River State Park.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Jesse Holder, 62, of Seligman, was driving a 2013 Honda motorcycle westbound when his vehicle skidded across the center of the roadway, overturned and skidded off the left side of the roadway.

Holder suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

He was wearing a safety device, and the vehicle sustained moderate damage.
