ODET bust leads to 3 arrests, drugs, guns confiscated
Fifty-one firearms were among weapons and drugs seized when a search warrant was served at a home on Gravel Street Thursday.
According to a release from the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team (ODET), the Team and Barry County Sheriff’s Office served a Search Warrant at 80 Gravel St. in Cassville, which was the result of an Investigation with ODET, United States Postal Service and Cassville Police Department.
ODET detectives seized 51 firearms from the residence, most of which were loaded. ODET also seized more than two pounds of suspected marijuana, two grams of methamphetamine and approximately 1.000 rounds of ammunition.
Those arrested include: Sarah Beck, 52, of Cassville; Conly Butler, 34, of California; and Natasha Butler, 40, of California.
Each is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three have been arraigned and are being held in the Barry County jail. Beck has a cash-only bond of $50,000, Conly Butler has a cash-only bond of $75,000 and Natasha Butler has a cash-only bond of $50,000.
All three are also scheduled for disposition hearings on April 19 at 8:30 a.m. in the courtroom of Judge Robert Foulke.
ODET Detectives are seeking charges on a fourth suspect, but no other arrests have been made at this time.
