CMS Student Council member gives a parent an unexpected cup of warm hot chocolate on a chilly morning, Friday, Dec. 1, after dropping off their child in the pickup line. According to CMS Principal Jimmie Barton, the students went through several large canisters to share a little hot chocolate — and their hearts, with patrons. The students run a coffee shop in the mornings and the activity was their way of giving some of those funds back to patrons and the community, Barton said. Contributed photo
