Arlin Albert “Al” Campbell
Arlin Albert “Al” Campbell, 86 of Cassville, passed away Monday, Nov. 6, 2017, at his home.
He was born June 20, 1931, in Arkansas City, Kan., the son of William Albert and Eva (Morgan) Campbell. On Dec. 27, 1950, he was united in marriage to Rozella “Rose” Sparks, who survives.
Additional survivors include: one son, Murray Albert Campbell and his wife RacheĎl of Joplin; two daughters, Vickie Gail Klubeck and her husband Brian of Murphysboro, Ill., and Andra Lea Florer and her husband Gary of Butterfield; one sister, Velma Stoneking of Monett; thirteen grandchildren; and eight great- grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents; two brothers, Ernest Richard Campbell and Ralph Emmett Campbell and one sister, Joyce Admire Campbell.
He graduated from high school in Casper, Wyo. He had served in the National Guard. He moved to Colorado where he worked for Coors Brewing Company for 25 years. In 1987, he moved to Jenkins, where he retired and later made his home in Cassville. He was a member of Cassville United Methodist Church. Services were held Thursday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Rev. Don Beeson conducted the services. Burial will be at Sparks Cemetery in Butterfield.
