Silver Discovery group to hold October meeting

Wednesday, September 27, 2017

Recently, Mercy Hospital Cassville’s Senior Life Solutions program has found a way to come together as a community to better serve the senior population.

By creating a networking group within the local communities devoted to providing resources for seniors, the program is dedicated to meeting seniors' physical and emotional needs as well as enhancing their lives. The goal as a group is to share ideas, promote area programs and services, and educate seniors on the availability of these services. We feel there is a great need in local communities to meet as advocates for this sector of the population.

Senior Life Solutions' next meeting will be held Oct. 5 at The Angus Branch Steak House, located at 114 Chapel Drive in Monett, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Attendees may bring a guest. All attendees will have an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and say a few words about their program and services. This month, the host, Hospice Compassus, will present Coins Other Side, developing a positive mindset in the world of Dementia Care.

Please RSVP no later than Oct. 1 to: silverdiscovery2017@gmail.com, or call 417-847-6042. We also invite you to contact us with any questions or suggestions you may have. Please feel free to bring any pertinent information regarding a program as well as a business card.
