2 injured in wreck near Jolly Mill

Vehicle hits tree 8 miles east of Granby

Two people were injured Monday in a wreck at 7:20 p.m. on Jolly Mill Road, eight miles east of Granby.

According to a Missouri State Highway patrol report, Douglas Ingle, 34, of Miller, was driving a 2010 Pontiac G6 eastbound when his vehicle drove off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Ingle and a passenger in the vehicle, A J Hunter, 32, of Purdy, each suffered minor injuries. both were transported to Cox Monett Hospital.

It is unknown if they were wearing safety devices, and the vehicle sustained moderate damage.
